OUR PAYMENT TERMS

1. We consider this to be a cash auction, unless your check has been preapproved.

2. In order for your check to be approved, you must present a letter from your financial institution, on their letterhead, stating that your account is at least one (1) year old with no insufficient items. This information will allow you to be issued a permanent buyers number.

3. If you have not provided our office with a letter you can be issued a TEMPORARY number in one of two ways. You can either leave a cash deposit of at least $100.00 (Purchases ARE NOT to exceed deposit!) or leave your credit card information in the office.

4. Any electronic form of payment will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
